Leadership Jackson’s 13 week program is designed to identify, motivate and professionally develop emerging leaders from a cross section of the community to help them develop their potential for community leadership by exposing them to the realities, opportunities and challenges in our community.
WHO is Leadership Jackson?
Leadership Jackson is a leadership program sponsored by The Jackson Chamber, in Jackson, Tennessee, and directed toward the individuals in our community who demonstrate leadership potential.
WHAT is Leadership Jackson?
Leadership Jackson is not an action or advocate group – it is an educational opportunity to broaden perspectives and gain increased understanding of community dynamics and public issues.
WHERE is Leadership Jackson?
Leadership Jackson begins with a C.O.P.E. weekend, and then continues each Wednesday for twelve consecutive weeks, with sessions being held at The Jackson Chamber and other locations related to session’s focus for immersion in the community.
WHEN is Leadership Jackson?
Leadership Jackson begins in early fall each year, with the retreat being held in September and class beginning immediately afterward. Class concludes with a formal graduation in December.

Leadership Jackson is an opportunity to better understand our community and the challenges it faces and to prepare for those challenges by meeting with, and learning from, today’s leaders.
